United Faculty of Florida-Florida State College Jacksonville is your Chapter of the United Faculty of Florida and it exists to represent the full-time faculty at FSCJ. All instructional faculty, counselors, and librarians are represented in collective bargaining by the UFF which is the higher education local of the Florida Education Association and is affiliated with the National Education Association , the American Federation of Teachers, and the AFL-CIO.
